1. Use of Website

By using our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. Use of the site for fraudulent purchases is strictly prohibited.

2. Product Specifications & Tolerances

Cardboard is a natural fiber product. Please note:

• Dimensions: All dimensions quoted are Internal Dimensions (L x W x H). A manufacturing tolerance of +/- 5mm is industry standard and acceptable.
• Board Grade: We reserve the right to upgrade board quality (e.g., from Single Wall to Double Wall) at no extra cost if specific stock is unavailable.

3. Pricing & VAT

All prices displayed on aelcouriers.com are subject to VAT at the prevailing UK rate. Prices are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in global paper pulp indices.

4. Trade Accounts & Payment

Payment is due at the time of checkout unless you have an approved Credit Account. For credit accounts, terms are strictly 30 Days Net. Late payments will incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate per day.

5. Limitation of Liability

AEL COURIERS LTD shall not be liable for any consequential losses, loss of profits, or third-party claims arising from delivery delays, product stockouts, or box failures if used beyond their specified weight capacity.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
