Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for orders placed on aelcouriers.com, operated by AEL COURIERS LTD (Registered in England & Wales | Company Number: 14111334).

1. Dispatch & Processing Times

All stock orders are processed within 1 business day. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM GMT.

• Standard Cut-off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT will be dispatched the same working day.
• Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday or during the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
• Bespoke/Custom Orders: Production times for custom-printed boxes vary (typically 7-14 days) and will be communicated at the time of order.

2. Shipping Rates & Destinations

Free Delivery: We offer Free Standard Delivery on all orders over £150 (Excl. VAT) within Mainland UK.

3. Bulk & Pallet Deliveries

Due to the volumetric nature of cardboard products, large orders (exceeding 20 bundles) may be shipped via pallet. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery location is accessible to heavy goods vehicles (HGV). If a tail-lift or specific offloading equipment is required, please notify us in advance.

4. Delivery Issues & Transit Damage

Cardboard is susceptible to moisture and edge damage. Please follow these guidelines:

• Inspection: Check all bundles upon arrival. If the outer wrapping is torn or the boxes appear wet/crushed, you MUST sign the delivery note as “DAMAGED”.
• Reporting: All claims for damage or shortages must be submitted to ael@aelcouriers.com within 48 hours of receipt with clear photographic evidence.
